Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, built a solid professional career spanning more than 14 years in the health insurance industry. In 2018, she decided to begin a new chapter and move to Jacksonville, Florida, believing she would continue her career in the same industry.
However, life had other plans. Shortly after arriving, she was offered a position as an assistant at an apartment community, never imagining that this opportunity would mark the beginning of an entirely new professional journey. And the rest is history.
Over the next eight years, Glenda continued to grow within the Property Management industry, holding various positions ranging from Leasing Agent to Regional Manager. Her experience working directly with residents, property owners, and communities further strengthened her passion for serving, guiding, and helping others.
The satisfaction of helping people find a place they could call home inspired her to expand her career and become a Real Estate Agent, allowing her to assist buyers, sellers, and renters through some of the most important decisions of their lives.
Her own experience of moving to Jacksonville and starting a new life also inspired a deep desire to help others who arrive in the city seeking opportunities, guidance, and reliable solutions. With the goal of expanding her ability to serve the community, Glenda became a Notary Public and Tax Preparer, while also broadening her services to provide assistance with documents, forms, and other essential processes.
From this vision, LinkUp Florida LLC was born—a company created with the purpose of connecting people with services, resources, and solutions that make different aspects of their lives easier.
Today, Glenda combines her professional experience, knowledge of the community, and genuine passion for service to continue doing what has defined her entire career: helping people, simplifying processes, and creating connections that make a meaningful difference in their lives.
